Edification week...in other words, be nice to people to make them feel good :-)

Hey hey

For all of you who are not aware, this week is edification week (actually every week should be, but this week we are making an extra special effort)!!!
So in keeping with what some of us have been doing all week, I thought it would be nice to make public announcements about people on the blog, to edify their Spirit :-)

So..this morning I have decided that my blog edification goes to.........Bekki Bates, Bekki Rodgers and Pete :-)

Bekki Bates...you have a wonderful heart, you are an amazing person, you always make me feel loved and I like the fact that when you ask how Im doing you genuinely wanna know! You have so much love to give and you freely give it...hang in there, keep on trusting God (even on those days when its hard to find Him), He loves you immensely for who you are, He made you who you are for a reason, and He has a great plan for you...keep seeking!! xx

Bekki Rodgers...you have so much more to offer than you know! There is stuff that God wants to use you in that can only be fulfilled cos you are who you are! Please trust in the Lord to lead you, its hard out there in the big bad world, but i still believe that you are that beautiful flower, and God is developing you from that small bud to a blooming and bright flower that stands out amoung all the rest! Hold onto God's promises for you, never give up, listen to your heart...not your head!!! xx

Pete...you are a mighty man of God, and that just totally shines through you so much! You are an encourager, just like Barnabas...Barnabas gave Paul a chance when no-one else would, and as a result we can now read some of the most God inspired pages in our Bible! Keep on encouraging people, it can effect people to move, to keep going, to hold on, to believe in who they are in Christ!! Continually hold onto who you are in Christ. You are a man with a great heart for the word of God and it amazes me how much I can learn from you! I love you mucho mucho, keep on keeping on, never let that fire be extinguished :-) xx

All my love

Steve...what the heck can I say that you dont already know? We may fight at times and sometimes I really wanna kill you, but I love you mucho mucho!!!! You are an amazing and generous person with a great gift for preaching and evangelism! You a majorly big big heart and I know that you would go out of your way to help your friends! You havnt made it yet...cos God still has so much to give you so keep on hanging in there, keep on seeking Him and you will be blessed and all the things you long for will be yours, just remember seek FIRST the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you :-) xxxx

Johannus...I havnt really known you that long but you are by far one of the funniest people i have ever met! Its great to finally meet someone who 'gets me' lol ;-) You are a complete computer geek, as I have discovered but this is good cos you use ur skills to help others (thanks for working on my computer, so far so good)! I am so impressed by ur music ability on the piano, keep using it for Jesus, you inspire me to dance and praise and sing :-) Lovin ya loads xxxx

Ah you guys :-)

Doo...how can I not smile when you constantly remind me that the world would not be the same if I don't? You inspire me to smile! But to be honest...I'll stick to my own shoes (my shoes rock)!!
Pete...you wanna stick with strawberries rather that cherries, strawberries make the world a better place, and so do you!
Laura...I love you, and you may be homeless now but my current project is a brand new box for you, its a lot bigger than the one you have now and there are no holes in it, I am sure you will be much more comfortable in this new one and you will have many happy memories in it...keep praying the Lord always provides ;-)
Lovin you all more than my new funky bracelet (thats a lot, you should see it!!)xxxxxxxxx

im not that homeless, i mean, last night i found a place to sleep, some food to eat, and today Amy and I even decided to go to peoples houses and ask for 'Pizza for the Homeless'. we didnt get to far.
anyway, who said i want a new box? i quite like me old one, with the holes in it, because its got character. not many people have retro cardboard boxes to live in.

i love you more than my ever so funky puple fluffy slippers.

NOt many boxes have such an advanced air conditioning system as yours laura. I don't think that many homeless people have funky purple fluffy slippers though...

I slept in a cardboard box recently.

And I think you're all great.

And Johannus is actually spelled Johannes.

Annnd in addition to edification, it's NOVEMBER: The pooping pilgrimage

West was the brilliant inventor, and many many of your beloved friends are participating! You should too!

THE RULES: (it's not too late to start)
If you poop in any place more than once, you lose 5 points. (-5) one place would be your house. Another is your school, etc. None of this 3 toilets in one building.

Pooping at home, school, work, church, or any plce you regularly go gets you one point (+1)

Pooping at a friends house or in a public restroom, restaraunt, etc. is 2 points (+2)

Pooping at a strangers house or at a place with no public restrooms like the woods is 3 points (+3)

Pooping somewhere that would make people say "you did WHAT?" such as on the median of the highway or off of a tall building is 4 points (+4) other ideas must be approved by DC or Wes.

Finally, Pooping in a car, a pool, a fax machine, or anywhere obnoxious is -20 points. (-20)

Join the excitement of NOVEMBER: the pooping pilgrimage! And don't forget to make a "poop log" to record all of your points. ANd funny stories. I've got a couple already.

LOVE ABBIE

P.s. Joane says hi, and I say sorry if I totally grossed you out, and sorry that it's so off topic, and I love you a lot.

I say we have a Belfast League for this 'pooping pilgrimage. Some of us will find it harder than most those of you who never leave the house for example... but it should start officially tonight at the bible study. So save up all your turd, there are now three toilets at castle brown, so if we take 15 minutes at the start of bible study we should be good.

Praise the Lord for abbie.

And i already pointed out the whole johannes/johannus thing...

Doo

In all honesty, i am a wee bit frustrated with West for coming up with this, both because it would be difficult for frequent poopers and because it has led some people to extremes, like pooping in their neighbor's lawn. Ew, gross.

And, uh, be edified?
I miss you all. Hopefully i'll spend a couple of years wondering Europe on foot (on of my far-fetched and fun ideas at the moment) so i'll hang out there for some time.
Maybe see ya sooner.
God bless, and may He edify you.
